It was great to see some regular Vertigo faces at Next Generation on Saturday evening. It was a fab night, with great worship, a brilliant talk from Pete Greig, and a chance to pray for one another. Check out Numbers 22:21-39 for the story about Balaam's talking donkey :) Pete's message was great, if God can use a donkey, he can use you!
Don't forget on Sunday May 23rd Vertigo will be in South Park following on from Love Oxford. As part of our great commision theme, we will be putting on an evangelistic event with a sports day feel. If you have mates who you'd love to hear the gospel and come to know Jesus, invite them along. We'll be doing traditional old school sports day games like the 3-legged-race and the egg and spoon race.
There are all new DVDs up on the facebook page now. VertigO What's Occurin? is up online so you can check out the latest notices, and there's a new promo dvd for people who've never been to Vertigo before. Check them out!!
The first few takers for the Vertigo Academy on May 8th have signed up. If you want to explore the gifts God has given you, be involved in Vertigo from the front, or just have a great day with other people your age, then the Academy is for you.
